WVU Innovation Corporation was converting the old Mylan Pharmaceuticals manufacturing plant into a usable space for future tenants. The duct system needed to be removed but was filled with chemical residue from the manufacturing process.

Crossroads Property Rescue was able to create a plan to clean, decontaminate and remove the contaminated duct work under negative air pressure and proper containment to ensure that chemical residue did not contaminate the rest of the structure. Once the duct work was removed, it had to be disposed of properly and safely. Once this was completed, WVU Innovation Corporation was able to complete the buildout for their tenant.
