Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us after hours over the weekend. The suply line to the refridgerator broke, affecting the main level kitchen, the dining room and the finished basement.  The hardwood flooring was affected in the kitchen as well as the LVP and drywall in the basement. 

Solutions provided:
