Why did the customer contact us?

Customer called Crossraods Property Rescue because the master bathroom's shower drain came loose and leaked through the floor into the ceiling of the kitchen below.  Customer needed to make sure the structure was dry and ready for repairs. 

Solutions provided:

Crossroads Property Rescue was able to determine the extent of water damage.  We set up containment to protect the unaffected areas of the house and set up protection along the kitchen cabinets.  We placed drying equipment and checked the process daily until the structure was dry and ready for drywall replacement.  Crossroads Property Rescue also provided a detailed scope of work to the customer's insurance carrier for the mitigation as well as a detailed estimate for the needed repairs.
