The owner of the property called us because his rental unit had a water line pipe burst in the powder room. The plumbing had been fixed when they called us, but there was still moisture. 

Crossroads Property Rescue arrived, set up drying equipment and made sure the structure was completely dry.  Then we repaired any holes the plumber had made, fixed the drywall, painted and replaced the damaged flooring.  The customer was the owner of the property and was pleased with the work. The tenant left a negative google review with photos of the project before the project was completed and completion photos cannot be left when replying to a google review.  The finished project shows beautiful paint and all drywall fixed and finished.
