While I was 1,200 miles away on vacation, a water line ruptured in my basement. Crossroads was contacted by my insurance company to remove the water and damaged items. They did an excellent job at the demolition and removal portion by taking the time to show me what they were doing and explaining the steps. They would call me before and after each day. Ultimately I went with them to replace and refinish the basement. The only issue I had was on my part being very indecisive. The two guys they had here most days, Brooks and Wes, were extraordinarily patient with my lack of decisions for what colors to pick out, etc. The completed job looks amazing and exponentially better than it did before it was damaged by water. Overall, I would recommend Crossroads. They were always friendly and patient with me. I truly appreciated their help in a time of need.

We had our duct system cleaned. Our house is 50+ years old and they probably had never been cleaned. Oh my gosh!! This company performed a miracle. When they removed all the wall registers, I was stunned at the amount of dust in there. The guys doing the work were professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely have them come back. My dusting has decreased by 90%. What a difference!!I am so pleased. Everyone should do this!! I love a clean house.
